A sneak preview of the menu for our next supperclub on 26 July

Just a few weeks to go until our next supper club and we can’t wait!

I think we all agree that the weather is somewhat depressing – even by British standards. Sadly Tim can’t bring the sun out from behind the clouds, he can however bring summer to your plate on 26th July 2012 with this fantastic menu featuring British and Bristolian produce.

Menu for 26 July supper club

Mark’s Bread sourdough with extra virgin rapeseed oil and Tim’s harissa paste

A little sip
Stumbling torch – Tim’s elderflower cordial with cheddar valley cider

A little bite
Taramasalata on crostini
(v) Beetroot hummus on crostini

Starter
Tim’s summer salad – Smashed broad beans, mozzarella, Somerset ham, extra virgin rapeseed oil, pea shoots

Main
Bourride – a provencal fish soup with rouille and cornish new potatoes
green beans in parmesan butter

(v) Aubergines parmigiana with taleggio and green beans
Dessert
Raspberry bakewell with chantilly cream
